The MotoMail application for the United States Marine Corps really had it's beginnings when  Lt. Colonel Matthew Davis of the British Forces Post Office called Chris Schultheiss one afternoon and asked him "If it would be helpful to have an e-Bluey delivered to General Tommy Franks demonstrating the hybrid mail technology.
